ElsnerHR’s fee schedule conforms to generally accepted standards for executive and professional search firms nationwide. We operate on a contingency basis, which means that you, our client company, pay our fee only when we are successful in our recruitment effort on your behalf. We work only for employers and our fees are paid by those employers. Our fee will be due and payable if a candidate we refer to you is hired by your company, any of its affiliates, or any company to which that candidate may be sent as a result of our original referral. Your acceptance of referrals from us constitutes your agreement with and acceptance of our terms, conditions and fee schedule. While most of our search assignments are on a contingency basis, certain situations may require a retainer and/or expense reimbursement. The specific arrangement depends on the level and nature of the particular assignment.

This is an all-inclusive rate including compensation to our HR contractor, appropriate matching governmental taxes, liability insurance, workers compensation and payroll processing.
